Hot Mugs

I'm a character modeller and animator for Hot Mugs, a 6+months school project. The 3D cinematic follows an ex-adventurer, Barry the Bearista's, morning-to-night routine at his coffee shop in the woods. He serves customised latte art to any customer who needs a pick-me-up.

I also covered other roles like texturing, lighting and compositing. The art style is inspired by AFK Journey. My talented team of artists had to research on how to achieve stylised shaders and lighting in Maya and I'm glad we could make it work!
